How your information is used

Preview notice, prepared 7 October 2026. Legal review remains pending before public enquiries open.

Information you provide

Centre claims and listing requests collect your work contact details, organisation, role and evidence of authority so staff can verify your request and manage access. Do not submit identity documents, child names, dates of birth, health information or other sensitive details.

The local tour demonstration stores your contact details, child age band, days and intended start in this browser. It does not send the request to a centre. Clear the demonstration data using your browser storage controls; use fictional details while testing.

Enquiries and your choice

When connected enquiries are approved, the enquiry form collects your name, email, mobile, child age band, required days, intended start and optional message. Your consent allows PeekabooAU to store and route that enquiry to the centre you selected so it can respond. It does not grant consent for unrelated marketing.

Without the required details and consent, an enquiry cannot be routed. Delivery, a place, fees and a centre response are not guaranteed. Each centre handles the information it receives under its own privacy practices.

Service providers and storage

Clerk provides sign-in, Vercel hosts the application, Neon stores platform records and GoHighLevel handles connected enquiry capture and routing. The current platform databases use Sydney-region infrastructure. This does not mean every provider processes every record only in Australia. Provider locations, overseas disclosures and contractual safeguards must be confirmed before public collection begins.

Access, correction and complaints

For access, correction, withdrawal requests or privacy complaints, contact privacy@peekabooau.com. For legal enquiries, contact legal@peekabooau.com. Verification will use only the information needed to establish your authority. Withdrawing an enquiry does not recall information already received by a centre.

Retention and protection

Access to platform records is restricted by role and centre. Claim decisions and access changes retain an audit history. Personal information must be reviewed when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention requirements. The retention schedule and removal process require approval before public collection; no automatic deletion schedule is currently active.
