PeekabooAU helps you explore and compare childcare. Source information, centre-provided details and estimates have different origins and may change. Confirm availability, fees, opening hours and suitability with the centre before making a decision. A listing or claim approval is not an endorsement or a guarantee of care quality.

Enquiries and demonstrations

An enquiry requests contact from the selected centre. It is not a booking, enrolment or offer of a place. Local demonstration requests stay in your browser. Connected forms and delivery require separate acceptance before public use.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate details, submit a centre claim only with authority, keep your account secure and report incorrect information. Do not impersonate others, upload sensitive child information, abuse submission forms or attempt to access another organisation's records.

Centre access

Staff verify claims before granting access. Centre users may update only permitted fields. Regulatory source records remain separate from centre edits. Staff may suspend access or hold an enquiry route while investigating incorrect details or unauthorised use.

Rights and concerns

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law. The legal entity name, governing-law terms and complaints procedure require review before these preview terms become public launch terms.
